Ingredients
Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
Yogurt 1/2-1 cup
Vinegar 2 Tbsp
Garlic 2 cloves (crushed)
Pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1/2 lemon

Method
1. Marinate chicken in the listed ingredients for 8-10 hours.
2. Heat 1/2 cup oil and cook chicken till tender.
3. Beat tahina in cold water (1 tsp at a time) till colour lightens.
4. Fill pitas with chicken, sauce and fillings.
